Organize a Demonstration at McDonald's

Protesting or leafleting at a local McDonald's is a fun, effective, and easy way to expose McDonald's cruelty to chickens. And a demonstration can be as simple as one person with a sign, a stack of leaflets, and an hour to spare. You'd be surprised at how far you can get with a friendly smile and a simple question like, "Would you like to learn about McDonald's?"

Step 2: Choose a McDonald's The best McDonald's restaurants to protest or leaflet at are in busy areas where lots of people will be walking by—but if there aren't any like that in your city, any McDonald's will do the trick! Step 3: Choose a Date and Time Although most people hold demonstrations on Saturdays and Sundays so that they can get a friend or two (or 10) to go with them, pick any date that works for you. The best times to protest are during lunch or dinner, around noon to 1 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. It could take up to a few weeks for you to receive materials, so please consider that when planning your demo.

Step 4: Let Us Know What Materials You'll Need Each McCruelty demo pack includes three posters, 100 leaflets, and 30 stickers. Many people do demos each month, so to save money on shipping, let us know if you want more materials than what's included in the pack. Packages will take approximately two weeks to arrive in Canada.
